The onboarding week that mapped a whole business in 6 days.
01What the week is for
Optimus is not installed. It is onboarded - the way you would onboard a sharp new executive who needs to learn how your business actually runs before touching anything. The difference is that this executive reads everything, forgets nothing, and finishes the ramp-up in six days instead of six months.
This note walks through what those six days look like on our side and yours, so you know exactly what to expect before the first call.
02Days 1-2: connect the stack
We start by plugging Optimus into the tools your business already runs on - inbox, calendar, CRM, payments, sheets, chat. Everything is connected read-only first: in this phase Optimus watches and learns, it does not touch.
Most owners are surprised by how little work this step asks of them. You grant access, we handle the wiring, and by the end of day two the full picture of your operation is flowing into one place for the first time.
03Days 3-4: build the memory
This is the heart of the week. Every document, price list, policy, past conversation and open deal gets read and mapped into the memory vault - the living graph of your business. Your tone of voice, your rules of thumb, the exceptions you always make for that one client: all of it becomes structure.
By day four you can already ask Optimus questions about your own business - and get answers pulled from your own data, with sources.
04Day 5: set the rules
Before anything goes live we sit with you and define the boundaries: what Optimus may do on its own, what always waits for your approval, and what gets escalated to you immediately. You stay the owner. Optimus reports up.
These rules are not a settings page you configure alone at midnight. We write them together, in plain language, and test them against real scenarios from your week.
05Day 6: go live
The agents switch from watching to working. Email drafts start appearing for approval, the calendar starts protecting your time, the first morning briefing lands. Nothing dramatic happens - and that is the point. It should feel like the business simply got lighter.
From here, every week compounds: more context, better drafts, fewer questions.
06What you have at the end
A private deployment that knows your business, connected to your real tools, operating under rules you wrote, with a full memory that answers instantly. One business at a time, live in days - that is the promise on our homepage, and this week is how it is kept.
